Very freandly personnel, organised and supportive. Rooms were clean and spacious but of an older style. It is very close to the center, which appeared to be apart from an advantage, a disantvantage. The city is very noisy during the night and does not let you properly sleep.

The hotel is extremely nice and in an excellent location. The room is spacious and there is everything you need. Breakfast is outstanding with homemade cakes. I was there with my husband and my 2 daughters in June and we had a lovely time. Lovely staff, would definitely recommend!
Very friendly staff, and an excellent location. Close to all the tourist sites and many cafes and restaurants. The two-floor room with its own internal patio was lovely and comfortable. Cable TV with many channels ( Italian ). Just a few small annoying things: The shower head needs maintenance (won't stay up, so you have to hold it) , and one night they forgot to clean the room. Note that its about a 30 stair climb up to the lobby and rooms. We did not try the breakfast. The staff was mostly English speaking and super nice and helpful with travel tips and transportation, and all requests.

Location is excellent. The receptionist was a gem. She was incredibly helpful and extremely friendly. The room is spacious, bed is great and the bathroom excellent. I made an error when booking and the receptionist went out of her way to fix this problem. The breakfast was excellent - cappuccino included. Staff incredibly helpful
